Jeteye Launches Business Aviation Intelligence and Software Platform Backed by Boca Raton Developer The SilverLogic
Why It MattersThe move signals continued consolidation of fragmented aviation data sources into unified software tools aimed at operators, brokers and sales teams across the charter market.
What happened
Jeteye has announced the launch of its business aviation intelligence and software platform, described as a growing collection of free and paid tools designed specifically for business aviation, with continuous product development planned. The platform is powered by The SilverLogic, a software development company based in Boca Raton, Florida, with more than a decade of experience building digital platforms spanning custom software, SaaS, artificial intelligence, aviation automation and enterprise applications.

The initial product suite includes four tools. Screener verifies operators and displays fleet data updated daily. Dynamic Fleet lets operators and brokers visualize and showcase their fleets on a website or via a dedicated URL. TripScope is an interactive instant-quote and lead-generation tool for charter operators. Budget Builder generates aircraft budgets across three modes of operation using a database of approximately 300 aircraft types.
Many tools are available at no cost to registered users, while paid products are designed to help customers generate revenue and reduce costs. David Hartmann, CEO of Jeteye and The SilverLogic, said: "We've spent considerable time studying the business aviation sector and identifying where better technology, better information and more intuitive tools can make a meaningful difference. Continuous improvement is part of the roadmap, and we're just getting started."
Industry impact & what to watch
This launch belongs to a broader push to pull aviation data out of scattered regulatory databases, aircraft records, operator websites, spreadsheets and legacy software into single, actionable tools. Fragmentation across these sources has long forced operators, brokers and sales teams to reconcile information manually before they can quote, verify or budget a trip.
Freemium software in this segment typically works by giving away verification or display tools to build a user base, then layering paid products on top that are pitched as revenue generators or cost reducers for operators and brokers. Whether Jeteye's four tools achieve that depends on adoption among operators and brokers who currently rely on their own spreadsheets or legacy systems.
What happens next will depend on how the promised continuous product development unfolds and whether additional tools or data partnerships follow the initial four.
