Cirrus Aviation Services Relaunches Knight Flights Program for 2026-27 NHL Season with Seven Away-Game Trips
Why It MattersCharter operators are increasingly bundling flights with tickets and ground transport for sports fan travel, turning single-game demand into a repeatable seasonal package product.
What happened
Cirrus Aviation Services is relaunching its Knight Flights program for the Vegas Golden Knights' 2026-27 NHL season, offering seven scheduled private-jet trips to select away games. Packages include round-trip private-jet transportation, premium lower-bowl game tickets, ground transportation and in-flight service, with prices starting at $2,495 per person.

The program's marquee trip is scheduled for February 20, when a 15-passenger Challenger 850 will fly fans to Arlington, Texas, for the Golden Knights' game against the Dallas Stars at AT&T Stadium as part of the NHL's 2027 Stadium Series. It will be the first Knight Flights trip tied to an outdoor game. Other destinations in the lineup include San Jose, Los Angeles and Anaheim.
Eric Grilly, president of Cirrus Aviation Services, said, "We are thrilled to celebrate another year of partnership with the Vegas Golden Knights. The addition of the 2027 Stadium Series is especially exciting and will give fans the chance to be part of one of the NHL's most marquee events." Additional road-game trips may be added as the season progresses.
Industry impact & what to watch
This case sits within a broader move by charter operators to package air travel around recurring sports and entertainment calendars rather than sell one-off flights. Bundling a private-jet seat with tickets, ground transport and in-flight service turns a seasonal fan base into a predictable multi-trip revenue stream instead of a single transaction.
The economics depend on filling a fixed-size aircraft, here a 15-passenger Challenger 850, against a known schedule of away games, which lets an operator price per-seat packages well below chartering a whole aircraft independently while still covering costs across the away slate.
Whether the model scales further will show up in whether Cirrus adds the road-game trips it says may come as the season progresses, and in how demand for the Stadium Series trip to AT&T Stadium compares with the other away-game dates on the schedule.
