Instructors will deliver synthetic flight instruction, classroom and ground-school training, simulator sessions, and trainee-record administration, including pre- and post-flight briefings, compliance monitoring, curriculum suggestions, and record-keeping. Applicants must hold a valid EASA licence with at least 1,500 hours of total multi-pilot time, and must indicate whether they hold 500 or more hours of single-pilot experience; CFI, SFI, or SFE qualifications are considered an asset but not mandatory.

High-level English, full-time availability, and residence within commuting distance of Schwechat are required, along with willingness to spend time outside Austria for initial type and SFI ratings. The role carries a training bond dependent on experience and ratings, with details given at interview.
