FlyExclusive Relocates Corporate Headquarters from Kinston to Raleigh's North Hills

FlyExclusive has relocated its corporate headquarters from Kinston, North Carolina, to North Hills in Raleigh, bringing more than 120 workers to the new location along with senior leadership, including CEO Jim Segrave. Founded in 2015, the publicly traded company has grown into one of the largest private jet charter operators in the United States, recording nearly $376 million in revenue last year and operating hundreds of flights globally each day.
FlyExclusive retains a significant presence in Kinston, where the majority of its maintenance and training staff remain based. Segrave said technology is central to the company's operations and innovation strategy, citing heavy investment in artificial intelligence over the past year to streamline processes. The new Raleigh office, on the third floor of One North Hills, features monitors displaying real-time data on sales figures, fuel efficiency, maintenance turnaround times, and the live locations of maintenance crews.
The company is also continuing to develop its internal scheduling software, known as Contrails.
