IADA Expands Exhibit and Education Role at NBAA-BACE as Cooperation with NBAA Grows
Why It MattersDeeper IADA-NBAA collaboration signals growing formalization of preowned business jet transaction standards, given IADA dealers handle over half of global preowned turbine transactions.
The International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA) will expand its presence at NBAA-BACE, featuring an enlarged exhibit in the West Hall at Booth 2877, with nearly 50 IADA member companies co-branding or partnering within the IADA space. The association will also play a prominent role in NBAA-BACE education programming covering aircraft transactions, market conditions and pre-purchase evaluations, including a session on Pre-Purchase Inspection best practices developed with the NBAA Maintenance Committee, featuring panelists Lou Seno of IADA, Phil Stearns of Stevens Aerospace & Defense, George Kleros of JSSI, Zach Ungerleider of Mente Group, Delray Dobbins of EAP and Mark Thibault of Crew Chiefs.

A separate session on the NBAA Flight Deck program will present perspectives from IADA aircraft dealers on the preowned business aircraft marketplace, including availability, pricing, demand, transaction activity and buyer and seller expectations. IADA dealers collectively handle more than half of all global preowned turbine business aircraft transactions.
Prior to NBAA-BACE, IADA will hold its Fall Meeting in Las Vegas at the Fontainebleau on the Sunday and Monday before the convention opens, including an IADA/NAFA Welcome Reception, a Board of Directors meeting and Broker Certification testing. IADA will also host a member reception from 3 to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, at its exhibit, open to Accredited Dealers, Certified Brokers, OEM members and Verified Products & Services Members. "The objective is not simply to have a bigger footprint at NBAA-BACE, but to make a bigger contribution," said Lou Seno, IADA Executive Director.
