NetJets Adds Terminals and Expands Facilities at Four US Airports
Why It MattersFractional providers are investing in owned and dedicated ground infrastructure at high-demand airports, which shows how owner-experience and maintenance capacity now compete alongside fleet size.
What happened
NetJets Aviation (EJA, Columbus John Glenn, OH) is adding new terminals at Rifle, Dallas Love Field and Washington Dulles, and relocating to a new, larger facility at West Palm Beach.

The Dallas Love Field facility will include a terminal and maintenance hangar totalling nearly 114,000 square feet (10,590 square metres) and is scheduled to open in late 2028.
At Washington Dulles, NetJets will convert the first two floors of a three-story Signature Aviation facility into a 14,000-square-foot (1,300-square-metre) terminal, with construction due to begin in early 2027. At Rifle, a 6,000-square-fo
Industry impact & what to watch
Fractional operators compete on more than aircraft count. Dedicated terminals and on-site maintenance space at the airports owners use most shape how smoothly a fleet can be turned around and how the ground experience is perceived, and a provider that controls that space has less dependence on third-party FBO capacity at busy fields.
The projects named here sit at different stages: construction at Dulles is due to begin in early 2027, and the Dallas Love Field terminal and hangar is scheduled to open in late 2028. Those dates are the milestones that will show whether the expansion lands on schedule.
