KKR-Backed Atlantic Aviation Expands FBO Network to Over 100 U.S. and Caribbean Locations
Why It MattersContinued FBO consolidation and infrastructure investment under private equity ownership signals growing readiness across ground-services networks to support both traditional business aviation and emerging eVTOL operations.
Atlantic Aviation, one of the leading fixed-base operators in the United States, operates more than 100 locations across the U.S. and the Caribbean, providing hangars, fueling, catering, and other ground services to the private aviation industry.

Since KKR made an initial investment in the company in 2021, Atlantic Aviation has expanded its geographic footprint and invested in operational improvements. The company has also positioned itself to support emerging technologies, including electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. KKR holds Atlantic Aviation within its infrastructure business.
