AvPosts Launches Canadian Business Aviation Job Board for Operators

AvPosts has launched a job board for Canada's business aviation sector, aggregating open positions from operator career pages and giving operators tools to manage their own listings. The platform indexes postings from public operator career pages on a weekly basis, and operators can claim their listings at no cost by verifying a work email address, then manage, edit, expire, and track postings through an operator portal. A single script tag lets operators embed live job openings directly onto their own careers page without an iframe, a content management system project, or an IT ticket. Planned features include automatic distribution of postings to LinkedIn and Indeed, along with compensation benchmarks drawn from Canadian business aviation hiring data.
Among the operators currently listed, Central Mountain Air leads with 26 posted positions, followed by Harbour Air Seaplanes with 10 and Air Partners with 8. Other operators represented include Skyservice Business Aviation, Air Inuit, Chartright Air Group, Great North Airlines, Chrono Aviation, Seair Seaplanes, AirSprint Private Aviation, Execaire Aviation, Max Aviation, Sunwest Aviation, Airco Aircraft Charters, Anderson Air, FLYGTA Airlines, North Cariboo Air, Fast Air, Flightpath Charter Airways, Helijet, NovaJet Aviation Group, Private Air, FlightExec, and VIH Execujet.
