The facility includes an on-site 20,000-gallon fuel farm, eight executive offices, a conference room, private restrooms, and an executive kitchenette, and BAM says it is currently offering first-floor rentals with dedicated ramp access.

BAM has also completed its second Falcon 50 teardown, adding what it describes as thousands of high-demand components to its internal inventory, including landing gear parts, movable slats, and APU starter generators. The company states all parts are inspected, documented, and available for same-day shipment, with traceability documentation meeting Part 145 operator requirements. BAM notes that lead times for critical Falcon 50 landing gear components and flight control actuators have reached record highs, according to the company, grounding flight departments for extended periods.

BAM technicians report a rise in unauthorized owner modifications on business jets, including uncertified Starlink flat-panel receivers taped to cabin windows or wired into auxiliary power buses without certification, and uncertified interiors featuring solid marble flooring that affects aircraft weight and balance. The company also warns that microbial fuel contamination, sometimes called fuel fungus, poses a particular risk to Falcon and Gulfstream airframes operated in Florida's humid climate, recommending a "Clear and Bright" fuel contamination test at every minor inspection. BAM further notes a shortage of licensed airframe and powerplant (A&P) mechanics, with fleet operators and repair facilities recruiting technicians directly on active ramps with signing bonuses.
