Zeekr Malaysia and SkyPark FBO Sign MOU to Deploy Zeekr 009 EV for VIP Airside Transfers at Subang
Why It MattersThe deal signals FBOs increasingly partnering with premium EV brands to differentiate airside ground services and passenger experience for private-jet and charter travelers.
Zeekr Malaysia and SkyPark FBO Malaysia have signed a memorandum of understanding to use the Zeekr 009 luxury electric van for airside passenger transfers at the SkyPark Business Aviation Centre in Subang, near Kuala Lumpur.

Under the agreement, the Zeekr 009 — a seven-seat electric MPV retailing in Malaysia from approximately MYR 310,000 (around $73,000) — will transport passengers between the business-aviation center and their aircraft at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, which serves private-jet owners, charter passengers and other VIP travelers.
Eddy Lu, general manager of Zeekr Malaysia, said the 009 is well suited to business travelers and extends the brand's presence into lifestyle, hospitality and business settings. Hariss Abdullah, a senior general manager at SkyPark FBO Malaysia, said the arrangement would extend the passenger experience from the lounge to the aircraft.
Zeekr is a premium electric-vehicle brand owned by Chinese automaker Geely. Zeekr Malaysia, the brand's local arm, entered the Malaysian market in December 2024 and has since become one of the country's top-selling premium EV marques.
