NOEMI Aerospace has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Philippine seaplane operator Horizon Sun Charters (HSC) covering three NOEMI amphibious aircraft, with options for two additional units. The agreement marks NOEMI Aerospace's entry into the Philippines, an archipelago of 7,641 islands where conventional airport infrastructure is limited.

The nine-passenger aircraft is designed to operate from both water and conventional runways. NOEMI Aerospace is developing fully electric, hybrid, and conventional propulsion variants, with entry into service targeted for 2030.
